ReseCentrum Gruppen Bildades ursprungligen under namnet Pars Express 1989. Nu är det ett moderbolag som äger Pars Resebyrå samt Dotterbolaget Resecentrum i Stockholm. Vår Resebyråverksamhet i Sverige är att arbeta med försäljning av Reguljärflyg, Hotell och Hyrbil till privat och Affärsresenärer samt att arbeta som grossist till andra resebyråer.

No problems with booking and receipt of

No problems with booking and receipt of tickets and price was competitive.
The problems emerged when I checked my bank statement and saw that payment had been charged twice. They had refunded the second payment although SEK 500 less than what they had taken out and a whole day later.
When I called the company to ask where my SEK 500 had gone and to request that they make up the difference I was met with the possibly the most appalling service I have experienced.
They established that it was not their fault, it was the fault of their bank. Ok. Fair enough but I am your customer and I presume therefore you will see to it that your bank refunds the money. No. I spoke to two different sales staff and they basically placed the whole blamed on me for complaining and washed their hands of the affair.
When, finally the second sales staff eventually offered, exasperated, to call the bank "well, what do want me to do, call the bank and ask them to put the money back!" as if it was the strangest thought that had ever hit her, I responded, well yes.
This took me a whole afternoon. They hung up the phone on me, pretended not to hear me (when I asked the name of the first sales person), repeatedly told me that the manager had just left and would be back in an hour - 3 times, always an hour!
DO NOT book with these people, they are not serious and have obviously never heard of the concept of customer service.
